·        Lennie's Flower Shop delivers to the Greater New Milford Area as well as all towns touching New Milford’s borders in our own vehicles (not a delivery pool).  And since New Milford at 64 square miles is the largest town area wise in Connecticut, we have a strict policy of calling the recipient before going out to deliver. Therefore a recipient’s telephone number is always required for all deliveries.

·        Fruit basket recipients are called before the fruit is purchased to guarantee freshness, so there is a possibility that it may take 24 hours before a fruit basket can be delivered.

·        Lennie’s strives to accommodate the recipient and always tries to make the delivery when it is convenient for them to accept it.  Items will only be left if the sender requests it and accepts full responsibility for its condition.

·        Timed deliveries are accepted for an extra $8.50, except during busy holiday times.

·        Orders must be received by noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same day delivery. Orders received after that time or requests for a special type of flower may not be delivered until following day. Feel free to call us directly to check on delivery time and availability.

·        Reminder: Lennie's is closed and unable to make deliveries on Sundays, except when prior arrangements have been made for funerals or weddings.

·         For deliveries during the major holidays, please be sure to place your order the day before you want it delivered. All orders, to be delivered, are completed on a first come, first served basis during peak holiday times.

·         Through Teleflora wire services we can fill your floral needs around the U.S., Canada, and most of the world.

We appreciate your understanding, please know we have thought long and hard about this & only raised these charges as a last resort.

Lennie's does do limited service (usually not at holiday times) to the following towns, especially to funeral homes when we have several pieces (often times from family). This service would depend on volume of work for any given day. Please call us to be sure we can accommodate you for this delivery service.

Please remember that Lennie's, for an additional charge of $8.50, will take timed deliveries (you must give us a 2 hour window, ie between 9:30am & 11:30am. However, during peak holiday periods we are unable to guarantee any specific times for delivery.
